You don't need to know anything technical.

  1. Free mockup

    We redesign your homepage from your current site and show it to you next to the old one.

  2. We build it

    Four or five pages with your text and photos. Hours, phone, map and services on every page. You see the finished site before you pay anything.

  3. You approve, we put it online

    Happy with it? Pay the build fee by card and we put it online. We handle the hosting and point your domain to it. Your email keeps working.

  4. We look after it

    $40 a month covers hosting and personal help. We keep your site online, and you text or call with any change. We make it and let you know when it's live.

Plain answers

What is hosting, and why does it cost monthly?

The $40 covers two things. Hosting is the computer that keeps your website online and secure for anyone who searches for you. Personal help means you never touch the site yourself: text or call, and we make the change and let you know when it's done.

I already pay for Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy. What happens to that?

Once your new site is live, you can cancel that plan. We'll walk you through it so nothing breaks, including your email.

When do I pay?

Not until you've seen the finished site. If you're happy with it, we send you a secure card checkout link for the build fee and put your site online. The $40 a month is charged to the same card one month later, then on that same day every month. You get a receipt by email each time.

How long does it take?

Usually about a week from your yes to a finished site you can review. Once you approve and pay, it goes live within a day or two.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain stays in your name, and your text and photos are yours. If you ever leave, we'll send you your site's files.

Can I cancel?

Any time, with no contract. Your site stays online through the month you've already paid for. If a monthly payment fails, we'll let you know, and the site is paused after 14 days unpaid until it's sorted out.

What if I need a change?

Text or call. Small changes like hours, prices, photos and closures are included every month.

What's not included?

Online stores, customer logins and payment systems. If you already use a booking or ordering tool like Square, we link straight to it.

What do you need from me to start?

Nothing. The mockup is built from your current site. If you like it, we'll confirm your hours, prices and photos together.
